Katherine Russell is a Chartered Surveyor, strategic real estate leader and platform builder with more than 20 years’ experience across mixed use, retail and Living.

She has led complex portfolios and multidisciplinary teams, and built the John Lewis Partnership’s integrated Living platform from the ground up. Her experience connects investment, development, operations, brand and customer experience.

Her approach combines strategic clarity, commercial discipline and humanity, connecting people and perspectives to turn ambition into delivery.
